20 minutes in...the very first thing I thought of is Aeon Flux. The cartoon...not the movie. I definately recommend the Unrated version over the PG-13 one. The latter is so chopped up, it is no wonder that most get lost with the story.
First thing you need to understand before you go into this movie...if your looking for a story with depth and character development...your in the wrong genre. This is action / FX oriented...plain and simple. If you go into this movie with mindless fun in mind...you'll have fun watching.
It is a movie 20 years from now I can see having Cult Classic written all over it.
