Loved it. This game is a perfect blend of Sim City and Civilization and a great look at history. Being El Presidente of a small island nation gives you some pretty cool perspective on what it would be like to be in charge. Want to give everyone a pay raise? Want to build nice housing for everyone? Well, when you get in the palace chair, we'll see how you do. The journey of Tropico 3 is worth the learning phase you may have to go through. The developers really put a lot of heart and soul into this game and the graphics really do justice to your beautiful island. Excellent!

If you have no job, or no care for your job, then this is the game for you!Nothing like playing for 8 straight hours while your wife is sleeping and then you pretend you slept when she finds you....they'll never understand.
This is a fantastic construction game. There are a few slight load/freeze errors, but they are easily avoided by saving your game! I loved it, i kept it for a month and got all but one achievement. I want to buy an island and be El Presidente!
