I bought this game for the promise of using the playstation move controller to control the light cycle, but there was never any prompt to switch controls since there's no way to use it for the platforming sequences, and the is no option in the pause menu, for all intents and purposes this game DOES NOT have playstation move controls. the platforming was weak and repetitive at best and the upgrade system for your frisbee is entirely linear. not a good game by any means. also the attempts of digitally recreating the characters from the movie were just sad
i was amazed by the music i wish more video games had cool tracks like this. the graphics are alright a little above average they couldve polished it up. the gameplay was disapointing i was looking forward to an awesome game to follow up a movie based about a videogame. its one of those block counter video games mixed with a puzzle every couple levels very repetative and got boring didnt even finish. all in all 4 out of 10 for graphics and music

TRON: EVOLOUTION is a game I know a lot of people have always looked forward to. Sadly though, this game did not live up to my expectations. The story mode is quite short and not very fun or interesting. Granite, I will say there were a few parts that I really enjoyed such as free running to get to my next destination, or riding my light cycle through the well detailed grid. The graphics were very nice, and the attacks were... ok. The only thing that I feel was done perfectly was the amazing online play. It was such a thrill riding a light cycle right next to someone trying to knock them off. But sadly, that still doesn't make up for the poor story. It's supposed to explain what was happening during the time lapse between TRON and TRON: LEGACY, but it honestly didn't do that. All it really felt like was just you playing as a guy with no real name trying to fight an evil enemy. It explained absolutly nothing. It didn't explain what happened to Tron, it didn't explain more about Quora, and it didn't explain more about Clu's evil plans. The story mode itself was also just pretty stupid. All and all, the game was decent. Could it have been better? Yes. Could it have been worse? Yes.
