Too Much Drama, not enough trauma

The trauma team game was pretty fun at first. But then I got to the diagnosis and it was not so fun. The problem I was having is that, due to the super basic animation and the not so close zoom in feature, I simple couldn't see half the things I would diagnose. I was very hard to get comfortable the first few times through.
Also if you find 4 out of the 5 symptoms and go back to RONI the computer to look up possibilities. RONI wouldn't list the disease you need to make the diagnosis.
The part of the game where you are doing autopsies was fun. But this and the diagnosis slowed the game down to a slow crawl.
Then after I beat everything the first time, a new story came out and that took me a while too. Way too long. The cut out animation made a decent story look cheesy and I didn't want to play an RPG.
