A Unique game for a Unique system

Trauma Center: Second Opinion is a remake of the DS game of the same name. I own and have beaten the DS game, and I can say the game feels different enough with the new control scheme that it's worth a second look. The graphics have been updated, and have a pastel scheme to them to avoid grossing people out, while the soundtrack has been given a bump in aural quality. I found it a little confusing at first to switch between tools, but in about twenty minutes I had the scheme memorized. Given the shaky nature of people's hands, the Wii version of Trauma Center is a bit more lax about your accuracy.
The other new feature to Trauma Center are the new missions. In between episodes, you can unlock a mission from the new doctor, whose missions take full advantage of the Wii remote (rotating bone fragments into place). Definitely worth a look if you're into things out of the ordinary, and even if you own the original DS game.
