Horrible

Game would not load on PS3

Tried installing the game multiple times and, after each install was complete, the game load would get up to 100% and then just get stuck there. Was never able to get the game to come up, so I sent it back. I searched online, and seems that a number of people have experienced the same issue on this game.

Excellent

An almost flawless game

This game blew my mind with the perfect voice acting and amazing character design. They were able to take the old transformers concepts and turn them into totally awesome, laser cannon wielding, vehicle shapeshifting, heroes (and villains). The fact that you can play as both sides is also fantastic. The storyline fits together perfectly in an engaging and explosion-filled story. The last Decepticon mission was, however, easy and disappointing. The simplicity of the level was not enough to end that campaign. And the fact that breakdown was whining the whole time actually made me understand Megatron's constant anger. Barricade also felt annoying at times. But that is not enough to ruin this game. One shall rise... and one shall fall. And this game definitely rose! Lets hope the Fall of Cybertron rises too!

Tranformers - Shia LaBeouf = Great game

This is probably the first good Transformers game ever. It has none of the silliness of the Micheal Bay films (basically the humans). This game takes places before the Transformers ever leave for Earth. It controls like a first person shooter, but you can see your character in a 3rd person view. You can transform whenever you want during the game. One complaint I have is when you get to sections that require you to fight wave after wave after wave of enemies. This can get to be tedious, but not enough to make you want to put down the game, except for many one part but I'll let you find that out for yourself. lol. It has a serious enough tone for Transformers fans that have grown, but with no fowl language or inappropriate content that was found in Revenge of the Fallen. If you're a fan, check this game out.
