If you're above the age of 5, you will not enjoy this game. It is simply a shooting gallery game with different sets and different types of "ammo" from darts, to balloons. Their is a few variations of catching things with a basket, and hitting balls with paddles but they are only a few of the "games."
I would not suggest playing this if you're over the age of 5 though. I thought it might be like Toy Story 3, but it is FAR from it.
If you're an achievement hound, all of the achievements can be had within 2 hours of starting the game. You will need a second controller for one of them though.
The graphics are good for what the game is.
The music is OK, nothing spectacular. The sounds get annoying after awhile though.
Their is nothing actually wrong with this game, other than what it is. It is a shooting gallery with different toy story set dressings. Nothing more, nothing less.
I read the reviews, and still didn't care.. the shooting and easy achievements is what drew me to wanting to play the game. It's fun for what it is and it has a great atmosphere for kids. Basically this game is like if you go to a carnival, except all the 'helpers' are Toy Story characters.
Definitely a rent if you have kids who you want to sit down and be quiet for awhile.
I wish there was a back button instead of having to exit to the main screen every time, and I wish there was at least some kind of story line like in Toy Story 3, but that's why this is a different game.
I had never heard of this game before, but my kids love Toy Story so I figured I would take the chance. I am so glad I did, they love it!! It can be used with Kinect or the controller and it is very easy to play.
