More than just the first completely computer-generated feature film, Toy Story is an imaginative, time-tested treasure about the secret adventures of toys. Woody the cowboy (voiced by Tom Hanks) is top toy in Andy's room, which is full of practically every childhood plaything from blocks to little green army men. When the gizmo-laden Buzz Lightyear (voiced by Tim Allen) arrives, Woody is replaced as Andy's favorite. Feeling forgotten, Woody gets rid of Buzz only to have a change of heart and go out into the world after him. While the remaining toys worry about their missing friends, Buzz and Woody wind up prisoners of Sid, the sadistic kid next door. Now these two rival toys must become buddies and work together to escape back to Andy's before his family moves away for good.
