Touch Mechanic for Nintendo DS Reviews by Gamers

So, I rented this with a totally open mind. Found out that I quickly started to really really enjoy it. It didn't have much in the way of pointing out what you are supposed to do, and as i have no mechanical knowledge, thought this would become a problem as it progressed. Its not accurate, but its still fun. I had a few glitches with my game that i rented, as it froze up frequently. It auto-saves, which is a bonus.

The story...I wish i didn't have to go into this, it was totally bland. Honestly, I would rather have played it without the background story.

Also, no way to see what certain parts will look like on a car, i.e. no preview of it, until you have put it on. I did like being able to customize the color of paint and paint designs to the exact shade I wanted.

All in all, at FIRST, i would have rated it a 10, if it hadn't frozen frequently, if the story was better, or not there, if it took longer than a day or 2 to play through, and if it had a way of seeing the parts when you want to but them. SO..final conclusion, from a 10, to a 6. Hope the sequel is better, i STILL recommend this to anyone who thinks they would enjoy it, as long as you overlook the innaccuracies.

this is acutally one of the best, funnest games i have played on the ds. i loved everything about it. yes some of the things in the game do not make a huge amount of sense. like 4 lugnuts on a race car. and theres nothing to do with 4x4s. but its worth the time to go thru it and play.
