Top Spin 2 is an excellent game. With its challenging; yet deep and progressive single player game you wont get tired. The game can get tough and some of the opponents really get you going. You don't win EVERY tournament either. Sometimes you get knocked out and sometimes you win. unless you cheat you WONT be winning every major every year. The one cool yet annoying thing is your rivle. He/she has this absured amout of crazy power that makes matches against them so hard. If you play i recommend using a FEMALE character as that the female game in Top Spin is for free flowing fast and FUN. DONT PASS THIS ONE UP! And im not even a tenis fan.

This game is one of if not the most addictive game that I have ever played. The graphics are definitely better in this one. The only real complaint I have is that you tend to abuse the controller if you really get into the game. I usually don't care for sports games but this is one that I love. Whatever you do don't miss this one.

A Solid Yet Boring Sequel

Let me start off by saying that Top Spin 2 is a solid overall game. If you played the first one you will find that they improved upon many things, mainly the career mode.

I was a huge fan of the first game, but have to say that overall I was very disappointed with the sequel. While the career mode is deep, it is also boring. The appeal of the first one was that it was somewhat a sim with a lot of arcade feel. Now they've taken it to the maximum sim with little to no arcade feel to the gameplay.

The other letdown is that for an Xbox 360 I expected something new. Some kind of innovation. But overall, this could have been done on the original Xbox. The graphics aren't even next gen when you look at them, (even in HD).

But it is a solid game, and one I'm sure many out there will enjoy. But if you played the first one you've pretty much played this one (except this one is more realistic). You won't find anything cutting edge or that stands out as great.

It's a shame. I had this game less than a week and sent it back. I was really hoping for more out of it.
