This game delivers an excellent and engaging story. Playing through the game the cutscenes and overall feel is executed amazingly. One can feel Lara's pain everytime she gets hurt. Also cutscenes to gameplay flow together seamlessly.
The only flaw in this game is the game mechanics become a little tiring close to the end of the game. However, the story pushes the game forward and the repetitive game mechanics become a minimal concern.
The overall time frame of playing was roughly 30 hours, this time of course could be extended with people wanting to re explore areas and attempt to achieve 100% completion.
I would recommend this game to people new to the series and veterans alike. I am excited in anticipation for a potential sequel.
I know my review isn't going to be THAT informative but that's okay because gamefly does a pretty good job at telling you what the game is going to be about. I didn't really know what to expect when I saw this game, I just heard that it was incredible and I read reviews. Nothing beats playing it for yourself. The company really really did a kickass job making this game. It's incredible to say the VERY least. Simply amazing game. Gets a little frustrating at times. The game is also fairly difficult at times too. Leave no stones unturned when playing Tomb Raider because you just might miss something :}
