something for everyone

Initially I rated this as a 7; when we rented it, I thought the SIM portion of the game was too complex and was just happy with the 50 arcade games that operate independently from the "park operations" aspect of the program.
We decided to buy Thrillville just for those games, but when I had the chance to try the SIM, I got hooked!!! You can choose how much or little you want to truly "manage" your park; the park missions are challenging enough to be interesting but not so complex as to discourage play; I've spent the past three nights just in the park operations! :D
My kids (9, 7, and 4.5) really enjoy the arcade games -- the oldest likes the gallery shooting, my daughter loves the trampoline, and my youngest likes the tanks!
I -would- warn parents of younger children that there are some slightly suggestive outfits and music lyrics but nothing overly scandalous.
I LOVE this game! Fun for me, fun for the kids -- versatile and entertaining.
