Go ahead and try it. Don't buy unless you like it

I had a very hard time playing TWEWY. My brain is not wired to be able to control two players at the same time on different screens with different interfaces. I can see how some players who are well versed in real-time action games could pull this off.

The concept is cool, but I have a feeling that every idea that came up during the brainstorming session was put into the game - there is no sense of editing in the game design. Every aspect of the game has a whole complex system, from your clothing and local trends to the food you eat, to reading peoples minds and imprinting them with thoughts. And this is all outside of the actual storyline and combat systems.

The dialog runs on FOREVER and I found myself tapping the screen relentlessly to get through the 5 minutes of talking for every 1 minute of actual gameplay.

If you enjoy turn-based strategy RPGs and being able to think about what you are doing, then this game will be frustrating and a waste of time.

This game seems far more suited for an inner-city teenager than a rural mountain stepmom like me!

The game was ok. It's great for what it is, but all the back and forth dialogue between arguing teenage characters gets quite annoying.

If you can handle that, it's fun to play. The right player would appreciate this game a lot more than I did!

Bad voice acting and stiff controls turned me off to this Japacentric title. If you enjoyed kingdom hearts you may enjoy this game but it lacks charm. Deep game play options become more of a chore to exploit as the characters have no depth and the storyline does not intrigue.
