A Pretty Fair Game

In my opinion, the game was pretty fun. I enjoyed the battle system and game play. The camera angles can be frustrating and there is a lot of cut scenes and dialogue to get through. Also, the dialogue itself can be very crude and even pretty offensive! The story wasn't boring and I kept coming back to play more and finish the game. Though I did find ALL the NPC's rather annoying. The stages and dungeons are long and take patience, but in the end, the game is very much worth the time and effort.

Bad

Frozen after hours of gameplay

Sometimes you get in a groove. You try to level up and maybe you do this over two levels without saving (I didn't see an option for auto saves) and as you are finishing the level to reap your rewards the game freezes. It's not so bad if the levels weren't so confusing. Needless to say I packed it up shortly afterwards to return it. If you hate doing things twice then don't play this game. Apparently it freezes often (after doing online research).

It isn't That bad of a game, but it is Still far from perfect..
This game is a diablo clone, but it seems to lack a lot of variety in the loot... The story itself has quite a few twists and turns, and never assume a an endings meaning to be properly translated... The True ending is really what happens when an evil prophecy comes true, and NOT a form of "canon" in that sense of the term.. The game is not with out its shallow moments for the amount button-mashing you will end up doing.... how shallow does this game get? there are five weapons in this game.. They are a sword, a hammer, a spear, a lance, and the long range weapon the staff... I would guess the game would be great at a clearance price, of 20 dollars or less, but if you have money burning a hole in your pocket you might snag the game for about the range of 30 or so... it isn't really worth more than that though... NIS used to make games that were surprisingly deep, but they seem to have stumbled in their path... A lot of their games are turning out to be cheaper efforts than what they used to be... NIS!! TRY MAKING YOUR GAMES DEEPER!!! Give us more weapons and tactical variety and we won't gripe so much!!! This game has pretty high production values, but if only they could have added a wider selection of weapons and talents we easily could have forgiven a lower production quality.... NIS, get your act in gear!!!
