Torchlight meets Anime

Don't trust all the negative feedback this game is getting. The worst thing about is is the camera angle, but you can rotate it, there is a lot of objects that block vision above you so you are constantly turning the camera to see what is going on. The combat system is fun and very easy to pick up. Enemies are weak to magic, crush, or slash attacks so setting your combat style up for every level is very important or you will just be taking way to long. I see a lot of complaint about the long dialogues between characters and I find it really amusing and fun to watch. If you like anime's such as Soul Eater you will enjoy this game. The humor is great, I lol every time the witch starts talking and the expressions that Hundred Knight has are hysterical. The story is amazing, the graphics are nice. Boss fights can be challenging if you don't go into overpower mode, then it just becomes to easy. If you are into anime, have a sense of humor, and like long games give this one a go.

A different approach, but still fun.

I played this game for several hours and found it enjoyable. As other gamers have pointed out there is a lot of dialogue, but thankfully most of it can be fast forwarded over and doesn't have an effect on the outcome of the game. I can't give a true assessment because they game kept randomly resetting the system. I don't know whether it is a software glitch or a bad disc, but if you enjoyed Tales of Symphonia or other similar RPGs this might be worth a try.

A Pretty Fair Game

In my opinion, the game was pretty fun. I enjoyed the battle system and game play. The camera angles can be frustrating and there is a lot of cut scenes and dialogue to get through. Also, the dialogue itself can be very crude and even pretty offensive! The story wasn't boring and I kept coming back to play more and finish the game. Though I did find ALL the NPC's rather annoying. The stages and dungeons are long and take patience, but in the end, the game is very much worth the time and effort.
