THE WARIORS is a game that takes place in 70s and is about gang wars. There are many FUN mini games to play. You can command your gang, fight gang memebers, beat up police, put up grafity, rob stores, steal car radios, mug people, and much more. The graphics are ok and the story is decent.

Just as you have come to expect of RockStar, The Warriors delivers in many ways. On the surface it's a decent port from the mothership PS2 that focuses on hand-to-hand, beat-em-up, gang fighting. But, there are some extra mini games and level-ups that keep you entertained. Plenty of weapons and combo moves will also add to the violence. The controls are easy to pick up and don't require insane memorization of a massive chain of button combos. Considering the decent plot driven story, nice fighting dynamics, and length this is worth a try.
