After reading reviews, I thought this game was going to be awful. I mean, even the concept seemed shoddy when I first decided to rent it. But for a great filler in between games you really want to play, you can't go wrong here. The melee combat, which you may rely heavily on, can be a little confusing and unbalanced, but you'll get better as the game progresses, with better weapons at your disposal (like any game, really). Ammo is a little hard to come by, especially for the oft-used crossbow, but that would make sense in a zombie apocalypse. The story sucked, but that's because it would be difficult to live up to the Walking Dead franchise name. But the game does have its fun bits, and with Daryl being the playable character it makes it worth it. Merle is also a main character albeit an NPC. I wouldn't buy this game, in no way, shape, or form, but because it is a quick-hitter, it was a decent way to spend some time between some of the more solid choices in my Q when they become available.
