Here...This is where I will build my tower! Well, here can be anywhere in this portable sim that lets you become a real estate mogul. Build your own skyscraper and decide how to use the sought-after space you've created! Choose to create apartments, condos, offices, and more, then set your rent prices. The environment you design will effect your tenants' happiness. The happier they are, the more money you'll make. Minimize elevator lines, add saunas, hire additional staff, open restaurants, and more. But watch out for fires, thieves, roaches, and other annoying surprises! It's all in a day's work in this detailed real estate simulator.

Anyone who played SimTower back in the mid-90's has played this game. It was (is) a pretty fun sim. You can add floors, set elevator timing, build facilities, etc. Though it kind of hits a wall after about 6 hours of game play.
