When I rented this a couple weeks ago, I was not expecting a game that could match up to Zelda's great five star N64 installment, Ocarina of Time. Twilight Princess does a phenomenal job at blowing everyone away within just a few hours of gameplay.
The game does not follow what games nowadays are favored by; when I first turned it on, I was surprised there was not a hustle of graphics to barely match the current gen and was wondering how this game could have possibly been very appealing. After playing only about thirty minutes, though, my time converted from that to a whole five hours a day - no thanks to school - (ended up totalling 52 hours in my log). The greatness here does not spawn from so many unique additions people see nowadays, but rather from its pure amazing depth and challenge not seen anymore except in returns to nostalgic times. Although there are some beautiful systems included that the Zelda series has never seen, playing this game was the best part for once, far succeeding most games today. One must also mention the grand storyline seen here.
All in all, you will probably enjoy this game. Although it does not appeal as controller mechanics or even graphics, actually playing Twilight Princess is what gamers have been dieing for in past years that are never seen anymore.
