This game is a must have. You must play this. Everything about this game was beautiful. Just beautiful. The only thing I thought was kinda "dodgy" was ending; but hey they're making sequels to it so I don't think that's a problem. Thank You Naughty Dog for making this game

Last of Us is one of those type of games that remind you just how powerful video games can be as media and as art. The gameplay is clean, fast, and immersive. The story is as engaging as you will find in any form of media, not just games. After you start playing this game you will have Ellie and Joel in the back of your mind until you finish the game (and maybe a bit after too).

The combination of awesome gameplay and immersive story make this game one of the best games ever IMO. Naughty Dog has set the bar really high with this one.

While this game may not be for every player it has plenty to offer and enjoy. Sure there is no shortage of cut scenes but those scenes are done using in game graphics and really good voice acting. This has to be one of the best written games I have ever played. I am not a fan of games with lots of story development, I just want to play and kill stuff but this game does it well enough to keep me interested. The FPS mechanics may not be ground breaking but they are solid. The little bit of puzzle and exploration adds a bit of depth to the overall experience. I have played games since the late severities early eighties and The Last of Us has done something few games have, it has a rich story line and solid game play. The graphics are incredible and I will bet if you give it a try you might get so caught up in the story it might make you cry.
