One part "Da Vinci Code", one part "Independence Day" with a little bit of "Borne" thrown in is the best way I can describe this game. You are Michael Ford (voiced by Mark Sheppard "Leverage") an Agent of the Secret Service who after saving the life of President Charles Thompson is invited to join "The Trust" a shadow government lead by John Adams (voiced by W. Morgan Sheppard "Babylon 5" and Mark's father). Ford's mission is to hunt down and kill Prometheus (voiced by Kevin Sorbo "Hercules") the leader of a terrorist organization who is in possession of a high tech device called the A.S.E (All-Seeing Eye) a kind of universal remote capable of hacking into any computer, energizing cloaked explosives and enemies and translating alien language. After aquiring the A.S.E from the bowels of the Pentagon, Michael emerges topside in Washington D.C. during the middle of an alien invasion. Michael discovers that it is Mr. Adams not Prometheus who is the real threat to humanity. Mr. Adams' plan is to use the Alien invasion to his advantage and put "The Trust" in control of the country. Seeing the truth of things Ford and the mysterious Prometheus join forces to end Adams plot of a "Trust" controlled United States. With a stellar voice cast and an intriguing plot "The Conduit" is a fun and exciting game with twists and turns and a suprise ending that'll have you scratching your head all while you salivate in anticipation for "Conduit 2" out fall 2010.

Awesome first person shooter. Never did I think that the Wii could be so fun without cartoony graphics. This Game had it all. Good story line, awesome graphics, killer aliens and an arsenal to boot. The mid-game puzzles to uncover Trust weapons is genius. i would recomend this game to all gamers. The controls are effortless and aim is aided by a reticle. Just point and shoot. What more can you ask for? As for the Wii. We need more games like this. If you are going to stay competetive in the first person shooter market you need a game like this and go bigger. Food for thought.

When I first played The Conduit, I thought, "Oh wow. Good for you, Micheal. You're killing aliens. Blah Blah Blah."
But, this is by far the best shooter I've played for the Wii. So, if you are a Gears of War person, or Halo, you have GOT to try this for yourself.
