I was a huge fan of test drive in it's earlier years..... needless to say not anymore. Ill start with the game itself:
I played for a total of 30 minutes and then packed it back up and shipped it back. You start the game off by picking a character which is fine I have no issues there. Then you finally get into driving after a few minutes and your behind the wheel of a ferrari, not bad at all. Then its all over and it turns out your some kind of valet driver fora rich girl and your sleeping in her car. I stuck through it and kept playing none the less still dealing with a very dumb story line where your not even driving. After some more nonsense you finally get to buy a car.....and your choices to say the least are sub par for a test drive game, but I continued.
One bright side of the game is the very wide open driving environment and thats about it. The driving simulation especially on the realistic settings is awful,terrible programming/physics operations. After I went through the deal of getting the license so I can race I competed in one race and that was enough for me.
Very bad graphics,terrible story line, horrible selection on cars combined with a terrible driving experience made this the worst TEST DRIVE Ive ever seen....
