Game Description

Tenchu returns with awesome gameplay and exquisite graphics in Tenchu 3: Wrath of Heaven. Lord Gohda calls on you again to save 16th Century Japan by stopping the evil armies of the dark lord Tenrai. New stealth attacks, combo attacks and an enhanced fighting engine will take your ninja assassin skills to the next level. Choose to play as Rikamaru, Ayame or as a new unlockable secret character, each with unique skills and attributes. Fight through 9 richly designed levels, each with multiple mission paths and game endings. Multiplayer modes include cooperative missions and death matches.

On the ps1, back before metal gear solid, the game that defined the console stealth action genre was Tenchu.
