I can't stop playing this game...great addition to the tales series. The characters are funny and don't cause you to shoot yourself in the head from boredom. The gameplay/battles are fantastic and have you wanting to play more in order to achieve titles, equipment, dualising, and money. I still am playing it (lol) and recommend it to any JRPG fans.
It seems most RPG these days just dont live up to their old counterparts and Tales of Graces is no exception. Right off the bat the new CC system was fairly awful opening up only towards the end of the game where you dont run away and guard 90% of the time. The up side is you dont worry about TP every random encounter(never a issue towards the end of any tales game) but boss fights require more strategy then spam TP items and win.
The characters seemed bland and the story while having a BUNCH of plot twists seemed fairly boring. Remember blastia from vesperia? sounds vaguely if not identical to "eleth".
Overall i think Tales of Graces recieved a lot of leeway being part of the famous "Tales of" series but its easily one of the less desirable ones and not just cause of the new type of battle system.

Love the story and the random skits throughout the game and the ones you get after completing battles. also considering the fact its made by the same people as "Tales of Fantasia" and others like it you have the ability to play with four others all they gotta do is run another controller and you just have to set a certain character to manual for them to use them. so all in all great game and i can't wait for the next "Tales of...." game.
