Taito Legends Power-Up for PSP Reviews by Gamers

I have the first Taito Legends disc for the PS2 and was expecting something comparable. This seemingly takes most of the good games out, pretty much just leaving Phoenix and Space Invaders.

Besides not having many good games, the implementation isn't great. Most of the games were originally vertical, and the PSP screen is widescreen. Instead of letting you stretch the screen a little (like most other retro compilations), you just get the option of turning it vertical. Which looks okay, but makes games very hard to play, since you have to hold the PSP sideways.

You do get a few remakes, but none of them are really worth playing. All in all, very disappointing, glad I only rented. Only worth it if you really like Space Invaders and even then, you almost need a magnifying glass to play it.
