TNA Impact! for PlayStation 3 Reviews by Gamers

I'm glad I have gamefly because i would have been irked if I had bought this game. the story mode is lame and the create a character is weak. the move sets are very small. The only 2 things I can say where good was the reversal animations made game play smooth and the graphics where tight, but the graphics are suppose 2 look good on PS3 and Xbox 360 anyway.

I've been waiting for this game for months and i got it yesterday. I was estatic. I popped it in as soon as i got it. My impression of this game? Shocked. Not the good shock either, the bad kind of shock. I would go into a lot of detail explaining why this game is horrible, but my space is limited. So i will just make up a short list of what makes this game extremely bad.

-You cant break out of pins/very hard to get out of them.
-Create-a-wrestler feature is badly broken and limited.
-You have to beat story mode to play as half of the wrestlers.
-Boring broken gameplay.
-Un-responsive reversals attempts.
-Hard a.i.
-Tag-team matches are horrible.
-Everyone basically has the same moves. This is not an understatement.

Here are some good points in this game...

-Awesome and smooth animations.
-Highly detailed graphics.

Those 2 are the only good things about this game. They got the 2 basic video game aspects going for, but they seriously messed up the true aspect of the game. Playability. They need to get the perfect combo of playability and graphics and mix them up to get a better result. I know what good wrestling games are and TNA Impact! is definitely not one of them. Maybe next time around.
