A good fighting game but has some noticable flaws.

This game is amazing in many ways like variety and replay value and even just plain gameplay.
But also lacks balance in alot of match ups and has characters that are completely out classed. But then again fighting games are hard to balance and this one has 35 characters.
This game is a great rent and decent buy at 40$ especially if you didnt buy the original sf4.
But as i said balance issues and annoying fights and bad characters can get annoying. Such as Ryu against Makoto. 1 easy to use almost no risk needed to destroy the other. And the other with slow moves easy to punish and almost no safe moves.
Fun game but dont get surprised if its angering.
