This game, for some reason just blew me away. I know, i know... its Jade Empire, its Fable, its Brute Force, and its like X men legends. Yes, and i loved all those games also. The graphics were beautiful, dark but cartoony, the sound and voice acting was phenomenal, and the story(to me) was very well managed, albeit slow at times. The characters had some good story behind them, not as much as Jade Empires characters did, but, well, this isn't Jade Empire is it? I loved the combat system, 1st person and 3rd person. The combo system is intuitive and effective for 1st person, while the 3rd person shooting(while i was weary of this) was actually executed fairly nicely. There are a lot of enemies to encounter, many items, and a lot of side quests, some will require you to play the game a second time, considering that you wont realize how to get the super weapons until its too late the first time around. The levels are put together well, and puzzles are perfectly done in my opinion. Though, i did not like that you couldn't save anywhere, there were save points (it wasn't so bad though), and the game was short, maybe 20 hours to complete it, 25-30 if you finish everything and get the super weapons. This is definitely one of my favorite games for Xbox, though many will not agree. If you have played and loved Jade Empire, look for this wonderful and challenging game, it WILL be worth your while.
