I actually thought the game was really fun. The control to warp from one unit to another was a little tricky, but you can get the hang of it.
The game is not like most RTS where you have an overhead map. You only have a view from your units, and you can jump views to different units, which is much easier when the unit is in your field of view.
You capture control points that work as turrets, credit generators and places to drop units. I liked this idea a lot. You have to push into a map and gain these points to survive. These never run out of resources though, which is the #1 problem in the game... stalemate.
If it wasn't for the population maximum this game would have been much better, but far too often you are stuck at a population max that just isn't enough units, and you can't spend money as fast as it comes in. I quit the game because it was just an endless back and forth battle trying to take over an enemy command point. The turrets are entirely too strong.
The map is useless and a having some means of filtering what units you want to get a POV from would be awesome.
The game is pretty fun for a day or so, but it gets really monotonous. Great idea and worth a play, but I quit after a few missions. AI is below average. I hope they make a second one and listen to the players. The idea of the controls and handling in the game are awesome, but the delivery lacked key components.
