The idea of the game is not bad, but the implementation is crippled. The graphics is rather primitive, but it's OK for a portable. The gameplay is another story. First of all, the idea is kinda mix of turn-based and real-time strategy. So, you make turn-based moved on the map, but when it comes to battle, it turns into real-time. During the real-time battle, you can give orders to your ships, changing formation, selecting targets and such. Sounds good, right? Wrong! They managed to completely wreck the originally good idea. The battle is limited to 60 seconds (!) maximum, so you can't really do much. You simply sit and wait, periodically hitting "special ability" button. So, you really can't use your tactical skills during the battle. And maybe, it's the good thing, because A.I. really, I mean, really blows. As the result, the game is simply boring. Not challenging even for a moment, including "the final boss". Don't waste your time on that junk. Shame on you, Konami!
