There's no special features for this UMD. It has the movie, subtitles, and languages(or set-up.) That's not much of importance since you only want to watch the movie.
A brief summary on this movie. Ray Steam is given a steam ball which produces a mass amount of steam without being "recharged". A few organizations want it for their own purposes and Ray so happens to have one.
It's set around the mid 1800's, I believe. The place is London or some europe nation. So there's european accents in this movie.
The action isn't as exciting as Castle in the Sky or Princess Mononoke. It's there but there's no major action scene. It's more story then sweat.
I do recommend to rent this movie. I'm fairly impressed by the animation and how well the voice acting was.
Oh yeah, the steam produced by the steam ball is strong enough to freeze things but it's more like it can destroy things.
