If you have any interest in star wars whatsoever, you will not be disappointed with this game. As you work your way through the game you can upgrade force skills, collect crystals to change the color of your lightsaber and enjoy an amazing storyline. This is by far one of the greatest star ways games there is and it is a great addition to the star wars universe. If you want intense gameplay and non stop action, then this is the game for you.

Fun for Star Wars fans

This game is not the same game as the X-box PS3 game of the same name. It is however a fun game to play if you like waggle controls.

It is obvious that this game looks worse than it's HD brother but that doesn't mean it isnt fun. The best part of this game is all the extra stuff they put in to make up for the lack of presentation.

The Controlls for this game are passable at best. all lightsaber swinging is controlled through wii remote swinging. However this game also detects swings in 5 directions (Up, Down, Left, Right, and Stab), and the wii remote is not acurate enough to register all those motions like it should. Since all the combos in this game consist of up, up, down like in an arcade they are impossible to pull off in the heat of battle when your brain just tells you to swing away like a monkey.

Other than the controls i felt like your lightsaber was too underpowered. The only game to get it right was lego star wars. (Every enemy dies in one hit like in the films). A cheat code (LIGHTSABER) fixes that problem. it takes away a lot of challenge but imo it makes the game much more fun.

Like i said the best part of this game is the bonus content. This version has 4 levels that the HD ones don't (though the HD games have levels this one doesn't too). they are three levels at the jedi temple with three boss fights against ancient sith. and a cool level on Cloud City. Complete with cool new enemies including a cool gungan and Mandos riding a Basilisk war driod from Tales of the jedi.

Whoever made the wii version made a cool star wars game for star wars fans, but with the poor lightsaber combat and weaker visuals this may not be as liked by others.
