Star Wars: Republic Commando for Xbox Reviews by Gamers

Personally, I would say that this game is better than Halo (just no sequels).

Your A.I. squad always interjects little remarks that are funny and sometimes even makes fun of the environment you are in at the time.

And now the gun. Your gun in this game is the snazziest thing in the world! It's one gun, but four weapons! How cool is that. You turn it one of four ways and it becomes a rocket launcher, sniper rifle, etc. I was thoroughly impressed by that alone.

But don't forget the blade in your left greive! When you use your blade to stab enemies their blood or oil splats on your visor and a laser moves from left to right to clean it off (same with rain)...just one of the many little things they thought of in this game.

Team commanding is unusually easy to control and the team actually does what you tell them to! Now there is a first. The developers even studied military unit maneuvers to make your team look and act like a trained tactical unit.

The only flaw with this game is the ending, but that is just a personal view and not an inherent game flaw.
