Star Wars Battlefront: Renegade Squadron for PSP Reviews by Gamers

This game is oddly fun in single player, but for the real play, this must be played online...Thats were you get the real fun at, many people QQ about how when your locked on its impossible to get unlocked...Its not, press Circle, and use a movement, and you will be temporarily moved out of the way, overall it is a very fun game to play single player but even better online

I am a huge fan of the Battlefront series, I have preordered and played to death both 1 and 2 on PS2. i was looking forward to Number 2 on PSP but styaed away after bad reviews. This one is def much better than the crossover of battlefront 2 on psp but it is still not great.

Yes, you fight for Han Solo but rarely is he on the battlefield. Campaign took me maybe 5-6 hrs to complete and you never get to use the heroes in campaign modes. There is nothing to unlock, you have 3 generic bodies and heads for each character and all guns unlocked at the start. I rarely changed my character, I found what was best for me and stuck with it. After beating campaign I went online and did some space missions which are much better than battlefront 2 on psp but the psp is really pushing its limits on this game and the grapics suffer.They also added in a complete copy of XBOX achievements that you can unlock in any mode that dont really affect gameplay at all.

On top of this there are not cut scenes at all just pictures.

Overall this is for hardcore PSP or Battlefront fans that don't mind the change in game play or reduced graphics.
