Star Wars Battlefront: Elite Squadron for Nintendo DS Reviews by Gamers

on a scale of 1 to 10, i would give it a 50. multiplayer rocks. reason why you should rent this game:multiplayer.

I first played the Star Wars Battlefront games ever since they came out. This game has soured the sweet taste of star wars games. The poor gameplay says it all. The way you fight in this game is so boring you don't play past the first level without wanting to stop. They tried to make battle more interesting by having you fight on speeders and ships. The speeder combat is dull and tasteless. You can't do much other than shoot and steer, same goes for using a Fighter. Now this was what made me shut the DS off completely, all you do is turn left and right. No going up or down or trying to get under the action or move like a decent plane, no left and right are all you do. It makes you upset that you see explosions and laser above and below you and your stuck with boring suckish gameplay. The worst thing is that unlike the other battlefront games you don't command a campaign or choose your planet to invade. This IS NOT A STAR WARS BATTLEFRONT GAME!!!
I wasted my time and a rent with this game and I will never get a Star Wars game for the DS again.
