Star Fox Assault for GameCube

Fox McCloud and the Star Fox team are back for more high adventures in space! Lylat Central Command has picked up on a new threat fast approaching Dinosaur Planet. The Star Fox team is sent out to neutralize the enemy but soon finds the solar system headed for imminent destruction. Wasting no time, Fox will have to assemble an even bigger cast of heroes called the Star Fox Armada, including new characters and old favorites Slippy Toad, Peppy Hare and Falco Lombardi. Seamlessly moving between ground, air, and space action in single-player and multiplayer story and battle modes, Star Fox 2 will please fans and newcomers alike.

I found this game very fun, but I finished it in less than a day. I found myself playing it a second time, but I don't know if I would buy it. It's a good game to rent, but not enough replay value to buy.more
