Spyro: Dawn of the Dragon for PlayStation 2 Reviews by Gamers

Spyro has once again showed us that he can still make a great game. This is pretty great.

Spyro is a young, powerful dragon, and in The Legend Of Spyro: Dawn Of The Dragon, he teams up with an old nemesis, Cynder, to defeat The Dark Master. This has amazing graphics. You can see almost every detail. It has nice challenges in it, with puzzles, battles, and mazes. A very good plot. The reason this doesn't have a 10 though is that they seem to overdo it a little in parts, it seems. But this is still a very good game. It's definitely worth at least a rent. I recommend it to anyone who wants some nice action. I give The Legend Of Spyro: Dawn Of The Dragon 8 out of 10.

I really liked the older Spyro games, but I just did not like this game at all. Way too much constant battling and not enough laid-back play time like the older Spyro games offered.

I like a lot of variety in adventure platform games, and this one just did not cut it for me...and I found it too hard to adapt to. It just was not my thing...but, it's still an above average game as far as the graphics quality and for those who like to be in constant battle mode.
