Shattered Review

This new type of Spider-Man game was very intriguing giving the fact that the game took away the previous "free roam" aspect of a video game.

Instead, you are lead through a series of challenges using 4 different versions of "Spider-Man".

The missions get tedious as it is always the same premise. Chase, save, chase, save and finally fight.

the missions were fun, but the game offers virtually ZERO replay-ability.

the side challenges that can be accomplished during game play enchance your spider-man's abilities, but the challenges are hidden and requires alot of pausing and reading.

all in all, this was the first try at having a Spider-Man game be w/o free roam. The graphics for the game were very comic book like and even the cut scenes looked good.

overall 7.5 out of 10. Just no replay-ability, but to argue back they do give you 4 Spider-Men to use.

A cool game that is just like Batman: Arkham Asylum. Few things I like about the game is that every level has a villan (If you love fun boss battles this is a good game). The fighting can come sometimes repetitive, but it's not that big of a deal. You have 4 different dimensions, Amazing Spider man(Present Spiderman), Noir (Spiderman in like the 1900's), 2099 ( Future Spiderman), and Ultimate Spiderman (Spiderman with Black Suit). Each of those suits have different powers, 2099 suit has a special power called Accelerated Vision which is like a Slo-Mo power. Ultimate Spiderman has rage mode which increases your power. The game dosent have a really in depth storyline, so if you are a person who loves the storyline in a game then I wouldn't reccomond this if you want a good story. Dialoug in this game can be stupid some times, you have spiderman cracking jokes every sentence, which can get annoying sometimes, but overall a very good game I give it a 9 out of 10.
