spec ops the line is a very good game. good shooting and great melee combat help this game get off the ground what really sets this game apart is the story. it has the best character progression ive seen in awhile
I loved it, which is a surprise i'm usually not a wargame (COD, GOW Battlefield) fan, probably because i'm not good at them. But I really ran with this one, story was intriguing making moving forward great as more and more was revealed.
I do however have 2 complaints, 1) Game seemed real short, time wise. It pretty much seemed like we were just getting a good head of steam going and BOOM it ended.
My other problem, which may be a bit of a spoiler, or not 2) Killing americans, I'm not sure i like this idea, rogue or whatever, I'm not even going to bring up the civilians. Either way I would have rather seen make believe countries.
Overall i would recommend the game, glad it was a rental and not a purchase considering game length. And like Mr Dennis Miller would say, thats just my opinion i could be wrong.

this is a reeeeeeally good game, i loved the story line and how everything went down when it came to the last levels. In my opinion the games concept and point to it is really good. It really left me thinking about it at the end because of how deep it was to me. But overall, the ending is really good, has alternate endings. Don't shoot him, or you shoot him, both end in good ways. I loved it.
