This game was pretty intense with lots of hack and slash action. The special moves are insane and pretty brutal. Rent this game if you're looking for a game with a great plot and lots of action. Although it can be challenging at times it is by far one of the best games i've ever played.

There is something very satisfying bout slaying about one million Roman soldiers, Barbarians, and the Undead.

The game gets very difficult at points, but you can work through them with a little work. It is fantastic to see so many enemies on the screen at one time and knowing that you are the only one that is going to able to kill them ALL. Does get a little repetitive but the great graphics and change in level scenery move it along. I am not a fan of turning down the difficulty level since I like the challenge...however I gave up on the last guy because he is ridiculously hard!! Not really great for replay value. Hopefully there will be a sequel in which there is a coop mode. That would be righteous.
