Sonic Generations for Xbox 360 Reviews by Gamers

as I played this I felt like hey I have seen this before. it is just like the old school sonic games which is OK if we were in the 90's. the problem with Sonic is he really has no moves and lets face it a game without Shadow stinks. now maybe its because I hate the sonic character but this game forces you to be sonic and no one else. the only worse character in the sonic games were Tales. now if I had to choice between the classic look or the 3d I would always go 2d because like always Sonic moves way to fast in the 3d version to keep up. overall I don't understand the high reviews, but if your a fan of the older school sonic then rent this but if you hate the Sonic character then don't bother with this remake.

The goal of this game was to tribute Sonic's 20th anniversary. And it did so, as well as being simply, a fun game. The drawback is it's length. I beat the main story line in about 4 hours. But regardless, do yourself the almighty favor, and rent this game. The best Nostalgia trip you ride on!
