Great racing game

It's about time the Vita got a decent game on it. This is one of the best racing games I've ever played. The tracks are all great and look incredible. Characters lose a ton of detail compared to other versions of the game, but that's understandable. Unlike most Vita ports of home console games, no content is cut out, so you get the full package, which is a rarity.
One question, though. If they got the Wreck-It Ralph license to include Wreck-It Ralph characters, why did they include Ralph, and not the little girl who actually races in his movie? It seems like her as a character, and her game's race track in this game, would have made a lot of sense and been a nice touch.
