Though this game is a great shooter and RPG, it has very little replay value unless you want to spend money for DLC. And even that is sparse. Paid $7.99 for DLC that was one lone mission with 10 colllectibles.

Before I even rented this game, I played the DEMO first. The action and the running sequences were good in my opinion from what the developer presented to me. Then, GameFly sent me the game to play and from there I only gave two hours of game play back to the developers because this game is a semi-polished attempt to be like GTA. I know most reviewers say do not relate it to GTA but the game forces you to do that. You have petty side missions that force you to go from one location to the next and ironically the opposing faction is there waiting for you to fight with. I really did try to give this game a chance. I even skipped the horrible acting cut scenes to give this game a good review on the action alone, but I can't do it. At first, the fighting is good. I did like the aspect of throwing one into a dumpster and moving on to the next inanimate object to throw my adversary in. Unfortunately after that, it became extremely repetitive and boring. I gave the game a 5 because of the above mentioned factors.
This is a somewhat open world game, though not like Skyrim, and offers a little different spin on fighting games. You can steal cars etc. like GTA and you can commit crimes, but beware as you are an undercover cop so doing bad is bad for your character growth.
The fighting is cool because its martial arts based, which is a nice break from the usual supernatural abilities or massive weapon wielding games out on the market.
Offers a great story line and is very challenging at times. I see this game much as I saw Dead Island, a game with a lot of promise going forward as the series unfolds. Once a game is a hit, the makers usually try to capitalize on the games success and this is no exception. I'm positive that a series will be spawned from this game and that is an exciting thing given how good this game is now.
