The idea behind Singstar was that most of us sing our hearts out when we're in the car along with our favorite songs. This game incorporates that so we can sing along with them on a more fun level to see how well we're actually doing.
It's nice to know that you may think you're rocking it up in the car or the shower, but this game makes sure to let you know if you truly do rock with it's rating system.
For you Karaoke Revolution people who prefer to sing with just the instruments, you'll probably not care for this game. It has the original recording track and there's no option to turn the singer off. Also this game only works with the Singstar Microphones, and not the headsets you'd usually use for KR.
Also if you want a laugh, hook up the USB Eyetoy camera and see you and your friends in a goofy video instead of the music video normally in the track.
I think this is a lot of fun for us people who really don't sing like the American Idols. I highly recommend this game for the people who sing along with the radio!
