Simpsons Game for Xbox 360 Reviews by Gamers

Hello and here is my review of The Simpsons Game. So basically the Simpsons Game is a action adventure game where you take the roll of the Simpsons from Homer to Bart to Lisa to Marge and Maggie. I have never really been interested in the Simpsons tv seris but i remember playing The Simpsons arcade game once and on an xbox demo. I also want to play the simpsons hit and run but never got the chance anyway back to the review so the story is that Bart finds the manuel for the Simpsons game and he says and i quote " The only Simpsons game i heard is where we pretend dad is'nt an alcoholic." and guess out where he got it from you have to find out. The Graphics are cel-shaded to make you feel like your playing the cartoon seris and it shows. The gameplay is your typical adventure game with some parody's that i won't spoil but to name a few Mario, Sonic, Mortal Kombat. The gameplay later on changes depending on what level you are in for example there is a online parody that i won't spoil where you fight a dragon. I like the gameplay varitions so it feels fresh. The camera people say the camera is horrible but its not bad once it cooperates with you. The sound and voice acting is great and all the original voice actors are here i think and punching and kicking and rolling are great. The replay value is okay you can find video game cliches and certain collectables for each character like Homers Beer Bottle Cap Collection and Marges Coupon Collection and there is also time challenges and you can do it with a friend speaking of friends you can do co op for the entire story except the hub world which is Springfield. This game is pretty short with decent replay value I would rent it first and i guess if your a fan a buy.
