Simpsons Game for PSP Reviews by Gamers

I'm a huge Simpson's and have enjoyed many games in the past. I've played the ps2 version when it first came out and liked it, but didn't get a chance to really enjoy it so I decided to rent the psp one.

Anyway, I've had this game for one day, played it for about 30 minutes maybe and then shoved it back into my mailbox... The animation and dialogue are great and funny, just like the show, but the camera angles blow. As a result, it was difficult jumping towards my destination, didn't have a clear view of my surroundings, and had difficulty actually hitting my enemies without blindly mashing the attack button in hopes of hitting something.

Overall, I'd say that you can definitely live without experiencing the gameplay or story, even as a Simpson's fan, and I hope this spares you from any future frustration.

The PSP version of the Simpsons game is actually the same as the 360 and PS3 version.

The game here has limited controls and the camera just does not move the way you want it to. The controls feel very awkward, and everything looks as pixely as someone's butt on "the real world".

Don't get the game for the PSP if you have another console, it's just not worth it.
