The abandoned town of Silent Hill isn't exactly high on the list of must-see tourist destinations. So when a young mother, Rose (Rhadha Mitchell), travels there bringing her only child with her, you know things are getting desperate. Her daughter's been stricken with a mysterious disease. A psychiatrist concludes the child is doomed to a life in mental institutions.
