Silent Hill: Downpour for Xbox 360 Reviews by Gamers

As a huge Silent Hill2 fan, I have stayed away from the series of late due to bad reviews across the internet. I didn't want to tarnish the Silent Hill name. However, after playing Downpour, I am fully confident that this entry can easily compete with Silent Hill 2 and 3 as one of the best Silent Hill titles ever released. What more can I say? It's all there: great puzzles, in-depth story, combat and weapon mechanics that work. Excellent game that did not get the credit it deserved.

This game was really enjoyable! I enjoyed playing all the way through! Had great creepy atmospheres and scary moments. I really liked it! I gave it a 9 out of 10 because the only negative thing about it was that the combat system is a little stressful and makes it difficult to kill enemies but it's not supposed to be an intense action game so that's okay. Overall i loved this game! Would recommend it to anyone who loves horror!
