Alternate Costumes

Do the following to get the alternate costumes:

• Start Brand New Fear continue to outside 302 then go in 303 to search for nurse outfit, get it and next playthrough Eileen will wear it
  Alternate Eileen Costume
• Unlock all endings and collect Eileen's nurse outfit. Play new fear and select nurse outfit for Eileen, and Cynthia will wear her alternate costume
  Alternate Cynthia Costume

Alternate Endings

• You have to exorcise more than 80% of the paranormal phenomena that appear in your appartment and Eileen have to die during final battle.
  The Death of Eileen
• You have to exorcise less than 80% of the paranormal phenomena that appear in your appartment and Eileen have to die during final battle.
  The 21 Sacraments
• You have to exorcise less than 80% of the paranormal phenomena that appear in your appartment and Eileen have to survive during final battle.
  Mom
• You have to exorcise more than 80% of the paranormal phenomena that appear in your appartment and Eileen have to survive during final battle.
  Goodbye

Misc. Unlockables

• Beat the game once, save and load the new data. Then, in the Forest World, near the car, search for a cut trunk, the Chainsaw is right beside it.
  Chainsaw
• Complete the game on any skill level and then restart using the same save. Check room 303 for the costume. It can be selected on the 3rd run through.
  Eileen's Nurse Costume
• Get 10 big stars in hard mode
  One Weapon Mode
• Beat One Weapon Mode with a 10 star rank
  All Weapons Mode
• Finish the game with all four endings on one slot. Start a new game and select Eileen's nurse uniform to have Cynthia wearing her special costume.
  Cynthia's Special Costume
• Get at least 9 stars in a Brand New Fear fear file in hard mode.
  Eileen's Sub-Machine gun
• Complete the game on any difficulty, then save the game after the credits.
  Brand New Fear Mode
• Score a 100 rank in One Weapon Mode
  Full Weapon Mode
