Easier Flamethrower and multiple game completions

Before completing the game, make sure you save relatively close to the last boss (to save time), then complete the game as normal. Save the results after the end credits. Load the game you saved before the last boss and defeat it again. Even though you did not go through the game again fully, this counts as another game completion. This is an easy way to get the flamethrower if you did not get it the first time. It's also a quick way to raise the bullet multiplier in the extra options.
